1. Mechanical Fit Problems
Parts Do Not Fit Together

2. Gearbox Issues
Excessive Backlash

- [ ] Gearbox rotates smoothly by hand
- [ ] Hinge moves freely
- [ ] Shoe interface is securely attached
- [ ] Laces are properly tensioned
- [ ] Motor is unpowered during inspection
